A Generally Positive Experience
excellent service helpful staff true professional casual attitude limited choices
The staff provided excellent service. Sunil from security was very helpful. Abdulla and the reception girls were cute. Gaurish, Atle, and Crayson provided professional service in the restaurant. Ganesh and Sabinath were true professionals at the pool bar.
I found the breakfast choices limited. The choices were repetitive.

excellent service tranquil environment delicious choice
I enjoyed my stay, particularly the excellent service provided throughout the resort. The staff ensured every need was met promptly and efficiently. The lush, green hotel and beautiful beach created a tranquil environment. I found the dining options provided a variety of delicious choices.
I noticed some areas in the rooms showed slight signs of wear.

Staff members were attentive and helpful, addressing requests quickly. Concierge services were readily available, providing assistance with travel arrangements. Turndown service was punctual, offering a refreshed room each evening.

The hotel features direct beach access. It allowed for easy enjoyment of the coastline. The grounds were expansive, providing ample space for quiet strolls. The hotel is well kept with lush greenery.

reasonable stay
huge hotel private beach
the hotel is quite huge. it has amenities like a pool and a gym. the hotel has its own beach , made it easy to walk.
this involved digging with a jcb. work continued despite complaints.

The room had a balcony. Large spacious rooms are available here. I liked cycling at this resort. A walk to the beach was possible too.
I waited for more than 15 minutes for a cart.
